STOLEN : LION'S HEAD
Stolen from Berwick-upon-Tweed on 16 Aug 2008
ITEM : A lion's head. Likely to have been a gargoyle originally attached high up on a religious building to fend off evil spirits. Dented nose consistent with a fall from height.
Heavy to lift. Stolen from a garden in the centre of Berwick-upon-Tweed.
